OPEN RACING TIME:

The Final Lap, our Italian deli is open during our normal racing hours serving subs, fresh made pizza by hand, salads and many other menu items to order.

LUNCH SPECIAL:

We have a lunch special each day from 11 AM to 1:30 PM Monday through Friday. With a purchase of a regular race, we will provide your lunch for you. For dessert, you’ll get your second race for $5 off. Some places give you a “pager” while you wait for your table, we give you a 40 MPH kart to race. Which is more exciting?

PRIVATE EVENTS:

Most of these events are catered by our famous in-house chef Ricky pictured above. We offer a variety of choices from breakfast, a quick lunch or a full sit-down dinner. Our sales staff can customize your meal plans for your special event to fit your budget.

Salads – Greek and Italian tossed
Pizza – Made fresh with all your favorite toppings
Appetizers – Breadsticks, buffalo wings, meatballs, vegetable tray
Entrees – Lasagna, five cheese ravioli
All American Meals – hamburgers, pulled BBQ pork, chicken or hot dogs
Drinks – Soft drinks, Gatorade and coffee. We also have beer and wine for the non-racers and for everyone after they are finished racing.

We can also add other menu items that you might want upon request.
